[Emergencies], in the event of an emergency I agree to you seeking and authorising appropriate veterinary attention. I understand this may not be my own veterinary practice and give permission for relevant information to be obtained from my registered practice. I agree that this will be at my expense in the event of the emergency being unrelated to the groom. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me at the time but that it may be delayed if impractical due to the situation.

[Coat Condition], we adhere to codes of practice under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 . Where your dogs coat is deemed to be so matted it is not safe or reasonable to brush out, we consider a clip off. You will be notified in this event. If we are unable to brush matts out without causing undue stress to your dog, then we can do so but there may be an additional cost due to the time required. This will be discussed with you in advance.

[Cancellations], we reserve the right to levy cancellation fee or payment upon booking in the event of repeat cancellations. Pre-payment in these circumstances is non-refundable.
