Social distancing measures are in place throughout the area and safety is paramount, to you our valued customers, our canine loved ones and to us. After careful thought and planning, adhering to government guidelines we can offer an appointment only, contact free service. Please respect our process and help us all stay safe during these strange and hard times.
We ask that you ring our video doorbell on arrival and connect your dog to the lead provided underneath. Just take a few steps back and we will promptly greet you, talk through any further questions you may have.
We will then take the dog through to our salon and give them the best service they deserve. Thank you, stay safe, Charlotte.

In addition we are now accredited in the latest COVID-19 adherence certificate provided by Christies direct and deep clean our salon, tools and work surfaces before and after every dog visits us. Stay safe everyone.

The Dog House implemented strict safety measures during the last lockdown, adhering to government workplace COVID-19 guidelines.
These measures have remained throughout the lower threat levels and continue to do so.
