We took our nervous puppy to The Dog House for his first full groom, we immediately felt very comfortable leaving him with Charlotte as she is very calm and our dog loved her from the moment they met!
It’s wonderful to have someone you can trust to look after your puppy and someone they like to visit. Smudge was so nervous that Charlotte explained she would like him to have little breaks in her garden or a little walk during the groom so she allowed extra time for this.
When we went to pick him up we couldn’t believe it, he looked amazing, cockapoos are quite hard to cut so we can’t tell you how impressed we are with his new look, he’s so unbelievably handsome now! Thank you for an excellent service!
